Objet Technologies
Objet Geometries, the photopolymer jetting pioneer, develops, manufactures and globally markets ultra-thin-layer, high-resolution 3-dimensional printing solutions for rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing.
The market-proven Eden line of systems is based on Objet’s patented office-friendly PolyJet™ technology. Objet’s FullCure® materials create accurate, clean, smooth and highly detailed 3-dimensional models, enabling even the most complex 3-D models to be printed with exceptionally high quality, accuracy and speed.
Connex500™, Objet’s latest innovation, is based on Objet’s PolyJet Matrix™ technology, which offers jetting multiple model materials simultaneously. PolyJet Matrix jets Digital Materials™ creating composite materials which are fabricated on the fly.
Objet’s solutions enable manufactures and industrial designers to reduce cost of product development cycles and dramatically shorten time-to –market of new products.
Objet systems are in use by world leaders in many industries, such as automotive, electronics, toy, consumer goods, and footwear industries in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Japan.
Founded in 1998, Objet serves its growing worldwide customer base through offices in USA, Europe and Hong Kong, and a global network of distribution partners. Objet owns more than 50 patents and patent pending inventions.
Product Overview
Objet’s family of 3-Dimensional Printing Systems brings high-resolution rapid prototyping into the hands of designers or engineers and into any office environment. Based on Objet’s patented software to provide a complete 3-Dimensional Printing solution for virtually any rapid prototyping application. PolyJet™ and PolyJet matrix –technology, Objet’s systems work with Objet FullCure® and Objet
Connex500 3-Dimensional Printing Systems for Multi-material Parts
Objet’s Connex500™ 3-D Printing System is based on Objet’s unique PolyJet Matrix™ Technology. The Connex500 offers the completely unique ability to print parts and assemblies made of multiple model materials, with different mechanical or physical properties, all in a single build. Going even further, the Connex500 can also fabricate Digital Materials™ on the fly, enabling users to create composite materials that have preset combinations of mechanical properties.
The Connex500 3-D Printing System works with FullCure model and support materials and Objet Studio for Connex™ software.
Eden Printing Systems
Eden 3-Dimensional Printing Systems offer unprecedented return on investment (ROI) for professional rapid prototyping applications. Printing with the high accuracy of ultra-thin 16µ layers, all Eden systems produce models with exceptionally fine details and smooth surfaces.
With the Eden 3-Dimensional Printing Systems family, you can select the system that best fits your needs, whether in build size, productivity or budget requirements. The compact design and the clean process of all Eden systems makes them ideal for any office environment.
The Eden family includes:
Alaris™30 Desktop 3D Printer
The Alaris30 Desktop 3D Printer delivers a unique combination of high-quality, finely detailed models in a compact, office-friendly system – Just the technology you need to shorten design cycles and propel your business forward. It offers true-to-life models that feature fine details, smooth surfaces, and even small, moving parts. Printing in 28µ layers, Alaris30 produces fully cured models that can be handled immediately, without additional post-curing.
With the Alaris30 3-Dimensional Printing System, you can print high-quality 3D models in the high detail that today’s market demands – easily and cost effectively. The lightweight design and the clean process of the Alaris30 makes it ideal for any office environment.
FullCure® Materials
Objet FullCure photopolymer materials offer a varied choice of color, mechanical properties and include support material for complex geometries. This gives you maximum flexibility in creating high-resolution models that meet a wide range of fit, form, function and “feel” requirements.
Objet Studio™ Software
Objet Studio support STL and SLC files exported from 3D CAD software packages. Using the intuitive interface, you can easily organize, check and build models by dragging and dropping the STL file onto the Objet Studio build tray.
